Data Deletion & Privacy Request Form

In accordance with the Digital Personal Data Protection (DPDP) Act and global privacy standards, Biolocal Technologies (OPC) Private Limited provides users with full control over their data.

How to Delete Your Data

If you wish to delete your account and all associated data from Buzooka.in, please follow the method below:

Method: Manual Request

If you cannot access your account, please send an email to vishnu@buzooka.in from the email address associated with your account.

Template for Email Request:

Subject: Formal Data Deletion Request

I request that Biolocal Technologies (OPC) Pvt Ltd permanently delete all personal data and technical credentials associated with the account: [Insert Email Address].

I understand that this action is irreversible and will terminate my access to the Buzooka platform.

What Data is Deleted?

Upon a deletion request, we purge the following from our active databases:

• Personal Identity Information: Name, Email, and Profile Picture.
• Technical Credentials: All encrypted Secret Keys and Tokens (GitHub, AWS, Vercel, etc.).
• Active Sessions: All current login tokens.

What Data is Retained?

We are legally required to retain certain data for financial and audit purposes:

• Transaction Records: Records of payments handled by Lemon Squeezy are retained for tax and regulatory compliance in India.
• Support Logs: Communications sent to our support email may be archived for legal record-keeping.
